We bought our last two houses with Danielle, and she did an outstanding job both times. Our current house was a short sale, and it took 6 months from the time we made an offer to the time we closed. Danielle was with us every step of the way, through all the bank negotiations, contract modifications, and delays. In the end, and seemingly against the odds, we got the house, and couldn't be happier with it. She also listed our previous house, and within 10 days we had a good offer and a signed contract.
